If you encounter any issues at the event you must contact Vital Culture within 5 business days following the originally scheduled date of the event via a trouble ticket inquiry at in order to request a refund. Failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Not all refund requests will be honored.
All sales are final. Refunds are only given if an event is cancelled or rescheduled.
If an event is cancelled you will receive a refund minus the nonrefundable service charge. If the event is rescheduled you will have the option of a refund minus the service charge or tickets to the rescheduled date.
