MINNEAPOLIS, Minn (February 12, 2010) - Ignite Models Inc, V2 Nightlife, Futuretime Productions, and City Pages, are pleased to present ENVISION: Artopia Spring 2010, a whimsical evening where Live Art, Fashion, Music and Hairstyling will blossom into the can’t-miss-event for the spring fashion season. Debuting just days before MN Spring Fashion Week begins - ENVISION: Artopia Spring 2010 will be held on Saturday, April 10, 2010 in the ballroom of the Graves 601 hotel with 100% of the silent auction proceeds benefitting The Young Survival Coalition, a breast cancer research fund.

Bright designer palettes will bring splashes of sunshine to the runway this season, and more than 1200 of the Twin Cities’ most fashionable will be dressed to impress as they watch Ignite models float down the catwalk in the freshest new looks for spring. During two exhilarating high-fashion runway shows, models will showcase collections from several Twin Cities based designers and boutiques including: Amanda Christine, Arwyn Birch, Bumbershute, Cliché, Drama, Jenny Carle, Elsworth Menswear, Kjurek Couture, Local Motion, OPM Boutique, Peloria, Re-evolution by Sarah Holm, Rose White, Russell Bourrienne and V-State. Rocco Altobelli will provide hair and make up for the models. DJ Real Talk Radio will provide a mix of house, rock & electro for the runway shows, with a live performance by house music sensation Dajae, coming in from Chicago just for the occasion.

VIP guests will enjoy a sampling of fine wines and small bites from local Twin Cities restaurants from 8:00 - 9:00 pm. At 9:00 pm doors will open for general admission and the Interactive Hair show will begin. The runway show will be in two parts – the first at 10:00 pm and the second at 11:00 p.m.

The event will end at 12:00 am, and then guests are invited to the Official After-Party at The Lounge Nightclub (within walking distance [411 2nd Ave N, Minneapolis]) where DJ Real Talk Radio and Dajae will keep the party going until 2:00 am. A hand stamp from ENVISION: Artopia Spring 2010 will ensure free entrance into the hottest after-party in town at the swankiest warehouse district venue - The Lounge.

A glamorous panel of fashionista Celebrity Judges including Metro’s Style Editor Mary O’Regan and Freelance Stylist/Fashion Writer Jahna Peloquin will pick their favorite spring collections from the show, and the winning designers will receive a free photo shoot to highlight their upcoming line with an Ignite Model of their choice, and Ignite photographer Josh Stokes.

Tickets will be $25 in advance and day of show before 4:00 pm, $30 after. General Admission tickets are available online at www.vitalculture.com. The Young Survival Coalition (YSC) is the only international, non-profit network of breast cancer survivors and supporters dedicated to the concerns and issues that are unique to young women and breast cancer. Through action, advocacy and awareness, the YSC seeks to educate the medical, research, breast cancer and legislative communities and to persuade them to address breast cancer in women 40 and under. Dajae is a soulful dance music vocalist from Chicago, IL. She sang in various soul bands for over a decade prior to joining house producer Cajmere.
